A full UI redesign for xAI's Grokopedia as it transitions into Encyclopedia Galactica, focusing on clarity, structure, and an overall smoother research workflow. The original interface tried to present everything at once, which made it feel crowded, difficult to navigate, and mentally taxing for users.

The new design shifts to a more modern, thoughtful layout built around progressive disclosure—letting users reveal deeper details only when they need them, rather than being hit with every data point up front. This approach keeps the experience clean and approachable while still supporting power-user depth.

As part of the redesign, I also introduced new product features such as concise summaries and additional AI-generated content to help users quickly understand topics without digging through walls of text. The result is a more intuitive, scalable, and future-ready interface that better supports the product’s evolution into Encyclopedia Galactica.
